An important challenge in the treatment of nocturnal enuresis is the chance of relapse. The authors of this study have collected the data of 13 different centers and studied the risk of relapse. They have found a reduced relapse rate of 40% if the oral fast melting formula of desmopressin was structured withdrawn, compared to 55% for immediate withdrawal and placebo.
