This year the programme will include hands-on, workshops and live surgeries. The scientific and education committees will ensure that the scientific programme is specific to physician educational needs, training priorities and patient care in the Mediterranean countries. There will be a dedicated session to urinary incontinence in men as well as the usual two sessions for podium and video presentations. The Society advise young colleagues, whether fellows or residents, to use this opportunity to share their research findings with Mediterranean colleagues. Moreover, there will be two awards for the best basic science and clinical presentation. This is an occasion to further the scientific interaction and friendship between incontinence physicians working in the Mediterranean region with a consequent positive impact on incontinence care and service delivery to patients.
